I am learning Hebrew by playing Disco Elysium, which does not have Hebrew localization. So, I play it in English, translate dialogs to Hebrew using Lookupper. Then I have to copy the translation to Google Translate to hear the audio.

Why:

The first two dictionaries are enough for German: use Langenscheidt for usage and Duden for distinctions (as my teacher told me). Among German dictionaries, only Langenscheidt and Pons's Deutsch als Fremdsprache dictionary clearly indicate usage.
Langenscheidt Vokabeln is a pronunciation dictionary, and all pronunciations are recorded by excellent broadcasters, making them very standard.
The Langenscheidt Collins e-Großwörterbuch Englisch (Deutsch-Englisch) is suitable for the early stages of learning. After that, the first two German-German dictionaries will be used.

As for Persian — I don’t think so. Windows doesn’t include an OCR model for Persian, so it’s not as simple as just adding the language. Hopefully, they’ll release new OCR models soon.
