creator Sorry for my reply is so late, because I didn't check this website few days. It's okay that it haven't a solution for that and of course if you found it, that would be very impressive.
And there is another bug(?) appeared. When I delete the Oxford English-English dictionary, a lot of saved word just gone. So before I delete it, it should have 2000+ saved word, but now only have 3 of them.
Another question, if I uninstall lookupper and install it again, would my pro state disappear? The reason I ask this is lookupper seems like didn't need to sign up or sort of thing, so I was wondering whether pro state will gone when I uninstall it. Also I need to change a drive or folder of lookupper so that I want make sure it won't happen.

It’s unusual that your saved words were deleted. I don’t think this is related to removing the Oxford dictionary, but I’ll check it just in case.
Please note that if you delete the app, all your saved words and settings will be erased and reset to default. To save your words before deleting the app, follow these steps:
- In the Get help tab, click Open logs folder.
- Exit Lookupper completely by right-clicking the icon in the system tray and selecting Exit.
- Copy the words.db file and the resources folder from the logs folder to a safe location.
Once you’ve done this, you can delete the app and later restore these files to recover your saved words. Your Pro subscription will automatically be restored until you logged in to the same Microsoft Store account on your Windows device, so no need to worry about that. If it doesn’t work, try clicking the Upgrade button on the Lookupper Pro tab.

When I use lookupper to look up words in the Netfilx, it seems like the sreenshot didn't work well, all of it are black, like blow:

Yeah, but previously I tried to do the same things even the same movie and it do works well, like not just only have black in the picture.

Okay, just Google Chrome, but unfortunately I don't know what version of it at that time. And I have a extension called language reactor, I don't know if I open it at that time, seemsly no, but maybe it's a useful information. Also my Netfilx account had been changed once, means another account now I am using. Do I need to provide something else?

Хочу предложить небольшое улучшение для Lookupper. Было бы здорово, если бы выделенное слово можно было подтверждать кастомной кнопкой (например, сочетанием клавиш или правой кнопкой мыши), а не только левой кнопкой. Дело в том, что я часто играю в игры, где нажатие ЛКМ пропускает диалоги, что мешает комфортно использовать перевод во время игр
Rubaka Хорошее предложение. У меня есть идея как можно сделать, чтобы игра не получала сигнала нажатия левой кнопки мыши когда нужно закрыть окно лукапа. А пока можешь использовать клавишу Esc для закрытия окна лукапа либо, прежде чем закрыть его, выделить окно — так оно будет в фокусе, и клик вне его просто переключит фокус, не взаимодействуя с игрой.
Скажи, пожалуйста, в какую игру ты играешь. Я хочу убедиться, что в этой игре всё работает гладко.

Microsoft Store In-app purchase doesn't work. It's a wonderful tool and easy to use. I want a support it.

Hi, friend.
I can’t tell exactly what’s causing this issue because the screenshot you provided doesn’t show any error messages. Previously, I had one user mention that the Microsoft in-app purchase popup disappeared because of their antivirus software. This is the first time I’m seeing your particular issue.
However, I believe it might be resolved by one of the methods that Microsoft recommends. I also found a video where someone follows a similar approach to fix issues with the Microsoft Store.
Could you try these steps and let me know if they help?
so could lookupper be added a feature to recognize the words that "-" end with in the paragraph, because if a word that separate into two piece, like one is in the up paragraph and another one just in the below paragraph, is hard to look up it?

The word should be recognised with the below piece of it together, but lookupper didn't do that.
