multiple lookupper window in mission control

so like the title when I opened the Mission Control, I found there's three lookupper windows in it, then when I wanna upload some pictures, I got this error: Upload max filesize limit reached from php.ini., Does it mean I need to delete some pictures in somewhere?

Edited: seemingly, if I look up a word, the lookupper would generate a window in the Mission Control, but unfortunately I just couldn't recreate that three windows error again.

Then, after updating the software, seemingly the error is gone, my problem😓

Hi leuas, long time no see.

About the ghost windows in Mission Control — I fixed that issue in the macOS version of Lookupper a couple of releases ago, so updating solved it.

And once again, you’re helping me out. I forgot to adjust php.ini after migrating to the new server (Lookupper has grown, so I switched to server with more resources). It should be fine now — you can upload files up to 100 MB when attaching files to posts on the forum.
